They are now nearly thirteen and I was thinking that they were slowing down and getting old.

So I mentioned to R that Schrodi hadn’t had a mouse in ages and Tora wasn’t going off to the village any more, so they were past it.

Within a couple of hours of that statement, Schrodi caught two mice (well, voles..) in quick succession, and Tora disappeared off to his usual haunt in the village for a whole morning and had us out looking for him.

I could almost believe they understood what I said and took me up on it…

The picture is of Tora investigating a little igloo I built for him while the snow was on.
