From this week’s I was quite taken with the one from the technical challenge – the Fougasse.

I made it for playing D&D with my friends this weekend – and it turned out really nice – better (dare I say) than most of the efforts from the program. I do appreciate though that I had the full recipe and a photograph of how it should look – plus I wasn’t trying to do it in front of millions of people.

Anyway, it was very tasty and seemed to go down well.
